A home generates an enormous amount of information throughout its life, from plans, selections, contracts, and construction updates to warranties, maintenance records, improvements, and service history. We saw an opportunity to bring that information together and make it more useful for the people who build homes and the people who live in them.

Rehza was founded by three technology leaders who share a vision for creating a more connected homebuilding and homeownership experience.

Drawing on decades of experience in technology and innovation, the founders set out to create more than another construction platform or homeowner app. They envisioned a secure, intelligent digital home platform that connects builders and buyers during construction and continues serving the homeowner long after closing.
